There’s almost an endless variety of ways you can get your body moving – there’s sports, gym, yoga, dance, Pilates, Zumba, walking, and many, many more activities. Perhaps you can re-visit an activity you’ve done before, or maybe it’s time to try something completely new.

It’s all about being open, curious, investigating, experimenting and finding what movement your body enjoys and what brings you joy.
