About Francesca
Finding Your Pathway to Inner Peace and Connection
In today’s uncertain world, stress, anxiety, and disconnection are common struggles – but they don’t have to define your life. My aim is to empower you to release stress, cultivate calm, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
My approach is deeply personal, shaped not only by my professional expertise but also by my lived experience in many roles: mum of two young adults, being a devoted partner, a caregiver for my mum and a pet parent to my two cats. Life’s joys and challenges have been my greatest teachers.
I created Ariadne Mind/Body to share the strategies and insights that have guided me through life’s twist and turns. My counselling and wellbeing offerings will allow you to uncover insights that inspire growth and resilience and provide you with the tools you need for positive transformation.
I would be happy to guide you towards greater clarity, resilience, and overall wellbeing by providing services to assist with:
- Self-Care programs
- Workplace wellbeing
- Pet loss grief counselling
- Parenting issues
- Relationships
